For most of the custom personalized gifts we manufacture we offer the option of receiving a digital proof. When requested a digital proof is usually sent via Email within 1 business day. If changes are needed let us know and e can send a revised proof. One a proof is approved your order will be placed into the production schedule. Most item are shipped within 3-5 business days after approval of a proof. A Business Day = One Day 9am - 5pm CST Monday - Friday
The Office and the Production Shop are closed Saturday and Sunday, therefore Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Orders placed after 2:00PM CST will be processed the next business day.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions (delays from road conditions due to flooding, snow, etc). We are not responsible for weather or shipper's mechanical delays. We can only guarantee when the goods will leave our facility.
Selecting expedited shipping option will only expedite (shorten) the shipping time. It does not shorten the production time.
Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. Should you receive a damaged item, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 816-0922 within 3 days of receiving your order. You will need to also sent an email within 3 days stating the problem and attach a photo of the damaged area and attach it to the email. We will send out a replacement at no charge.
