Photo Submitting Guidelines

Write your name, phone number and complete address on an adhesive label or transparent tape. Place the label or tape on the back of each photo you submit (never write directly on the back of photos). Photos where the subject is centered work best. Backgrounds should not be too dark or washed out. Clear photos with good contrast between the subject and the background reproduce best. ANY imperfections in the photo will be magnified when enlarged. A blurred photo will result in a blurred reproduction. Your photo (if any) will be shipped back to you with the Photo Sports Ball. Your photos are returned un-harmed, and your Photo Sports Ball is satisfaction guaranteed. Please do not send copyrighted images other than your own.

Digital Photo Submitting Guidelines

You may send us your photo via Email after your order is placed. Please place your name and order number in the subject line of the Email. For best results recommended jpeg image size should be 1 mega pixel (1180 x 760 pixels) or more. Please do not send copyrighted images other than your own.

If for any reason you are un-happy with your Photo Sports Ball, we will re-print your ball or you can return the ball and we will refund your money, no questions asked.

Your Photo Sports Balls will usually be ready to ship
within 48 hours after approval of a proof.

You may send us your images via Email after your order is placed. During the ordering process you will find a link on the Order Confirmation Page that, when clicked, will lead to a page with easy to follow instructions regarding sending your photo's to us.

Please place your name and the last 4 numbers of your order number in the subject line of the Email so we can match your order with your photos.

Be sure to check your Email if you requested a proof for your order. You should recieve a proof within 24 hours. Also check your Email Bulk Folder (Spam Folder) as well because a spam filter may have sent your proof there.

We do not correct image color

Notes: Send 300 dpi or higher resolution images when possible. Please send uncropped images. We will crop photos to the best fit for the item ordered. Image size of approx 4x4 inches or larger works best. When more than one subject is in the photo, make sure that the subjects are very close together. We will not color correct or refocus your image. Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.
