Answer: The porcelain personalized ornaments come in heart, round, scalloped and star shapes. We now also offer a new t-shirt or jersey shape that are great for your sports ornaments. The ornaments are approximately 3 inches in diameter and approx. 1/16 inches thick. Many ornaments on the market are made of a cheaper, heavier ceramic material and are only coated on one side. Porcelain is a whiter material, so your image will "pop" on its bright white background, and the decreased weight means the ornament will display better on a tree without weighing down the branches. We offer a variety of design options with either one side or two side imprints. Some can display your full color photo. Other designs feature a colorful winter or holiday scene and family name and individual names. View design options above. Question: How will my picture be placed on the porcelain photo ornaments?

Answer: We print the custom porcelain ornaments by using heat to sublimate the design directly into the surface. This is an all-digital printing process that reproduces an excellent reproduction of the design layout, unlike lower quality, higher cost methods like silk screening. Our all-digital process means that your products will be high quality reproductions of your photos and text, every time. As a result our custom photo ornaments are of excellent quality in color and detail and are extremely durable.



Question: How do I submit my picture?

Answer: After you place your order you will come to the "Order Confirmation Page". Posted at the top of this page you will find the email address you can use to send us your picture along with a few simple to follow instructions. At that time, you may send us your photo by Email attachment along with any detailed instructions regarding your order.



Question: How can I tell if I'm going to like the personalized photo ornament design?

Answer: We create a digital proof for your design and send it to you by Email attachment before your order goes into production. If changes are needed, we will make them and send you a revised proof until you are satisfied. After receiving approval of a proof your order goes into our production schedule and usually ships within 24 - 48 hours for in stock items.



Question: How long will my personalized photo ornaments printing take?

Answer: All personalized photo ornament orders will be ready ship within 2 - 3 business days after approval of a proof on in stock items. If you provide your own artwork, your order may take longer depending on our ability to work with your artwork.



Question: What if I have my own personalized photo ornaments design?

Answer: Great! Simply send us your artwork. Be sure that your photo ornament design and artwork match the size and shape of our ornaments. You can call Customer Care (1-800-816-0922) for sample photo ornament files. We prefer your photo ornament artwork files to be in Corel Draw or a similar desktop design and publishing program. You may also send jpg images of your design at 300 dpi or higher and of the approx size of the ornament shape you are ordering.
