If sending photos of individuals to be displayed on badges, the title of each photo should correspond with the name of that person as it appears on your Name List.

If you have a large volume of photos to submit, you may send them by Email attachement or on a CD via US Postal Service after your order is placed. You may also submit a list of names in an EXCEL file or WORD document via Email after your order is placed. You will find our Email address for sending us images and files posted on the Order Confirmation page at the end of the check out process.

You may send us your images via Email after your order is placed. During the ordering process you will find a link on the Order Confirmation Page that, when clicked, will lead to a page with easy to follow instructions regarding sending your photo's to us.

Please place your name and the last 4 numbers of your order number in the subject line of the Email so we can match your order with your photos.

Be sure to check your Email if you requested a proof for your order. You should recieve a proof within 24 hours. Also check your Email Bulk Folder (Spam Folder) as well because a spam filter may have sent your proof there.

Use 300 dpi resolution
We do not correct image color

Notes: Send 300 dpi or higher resolution images when possible. Please send uncropped images. We will crop photos to the best fit for the item ordered. Image size of approx 4x4 inches or larger works best. When more than one subject is in the photo, make sure that the subjects are very close together. We will not color correct or refocus your image. Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.
