You can see what the rates are by using the shipping calculator in the shopping cart. Just add your zip code. Rate are calculated upon weight of the items orders and your distance from our zip code 64078. We have chosen UPS as our carrier because of their reliability and ease of tracking packages. APO & PPO call and we can make arrangements the have your order shipped via USPS. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. For items personalized with your picture and custom design we will send you a digital proof for your approval before your order is placed into the production schedule. If changes are needed we will make them during this process. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our fault) incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. The better the photo you send us, the better your imprint will be. Please check shopping cart carefully. We are confident in the products we sell. If not satisfied with the quality of your order you may return it for remake or we will refund your money. We are the ONLY custom photo gift company that is willing to re-make your item, or refund your money. Shipping expenses are not refundable We do not honor pricing typo errors Turn-around: Most items personalized with a photo ship within 3 - 5 business days subject to availability. Due to the type of personalization, some items may take longer. The turn-around time will be posted in the items description. Ships within 3 - 5 days means that the item is ready to leave our facility in 3 - 5 business days. You also need to allow travel time for the order to arrive to your door. Expedited shipping methods are available to reduce shipping travel time, but they do not reduce manufacturing turn-around time. Rush Service for shortened production time is available on select items. Terms for Rush Service are indicated on the individual item description pages.
