What Are the Image Requirements?

  • JPEG BMP or TIFF Formats Are Best
  • Do not send gif image - GIF images will not reproduce as well as other formats because of color compression.
  • Close Up Images Work Best
  • Use 300 dpi resolution or higher
  • Send Uncropped Images, we will crop for best position for the item you purchase
  • We do not correct image color
  • Bright colors work best
  • We do not correct image focus

*Note: Image size of approx 4x4 inches or larger works best for most items. We can reduce the size of the image to fit the item you order. When more than one subject is in the photo, make sure that the subjects are very close together. If sending a picture via mail, place the picture between 2 pieces of cardboard so it doesn't get damaged in route. We will return your photo with your order. *Note: There are some items, such as glass photo coasters, the leather bookmarks, etc. that may be personalized by adding a photo after the customer receives the order. For those items we do not add the photo before your order is shipped. This is clearly stated in the item description.. Please do not submit crude or off-color designs or text. Please do not submit images for which you do not hold the copyright.

 

 

What is the Turn-around Time?

For custom personalized photo gifts a digital proof us usually sent via Email within 24 hours when requested. We ship most items within 3 - 5 business days after receiving approval of a proof, subject to availability. Due to certain types of personalization some items may take longer and the exceptions to this rule are noted in the product description. When determining if we can meet your deadline, please remember to factor in the actual time it takes for shipping the item from our location to yours. "Ships Within 3 - 5 Business Days" doesn't mean you will have your order in 3 - 5 days. It means the item will leave our facility in 3 - 5 business days. A Business Day = One Day 9am - 5pm CST Monday - Friday
The Office and the Production Shop are closed Saturday and Sunday, therefore Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Orders placed after 2:00PM CST will be processed the next business day. On out of stock items, to cut costs so we can pass that savings to our customers, we reorder supplies on Monday and Thursday morning of each week, therefore out of stock items are usually ready to ship within 7 business days after the order is placed. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions (delays from road conditions due to flooding, snow, etc). Express Shipping options are available on all items. Rush Fees are availabe on certain items. Those items are specified in the description area for that item. Rush Fees shorten the production time. They do not shorten the shipping time. You would need to select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air during the checkout process to expedite (shorten) the shipping time.

 

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax for residence ordering from the State of Missouri

SSL allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and login credentials to be transmitted securely. Our site is certified secure by Geotrust.

 

 

What is the Guarantee for My Order?

Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. For items personalized with your picture and custom design we will send you a digital proof for your approval before your order is placed into the production schedule. If changes are needed we will make them during this process. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our fault) incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. The better the photo you send us, the better your imprint will be. Please check shopping cart carefully. We cannot accept returns on any personalized merchandise. All sales are final. Should you receive a damaged item, please call our Customer Service Department at (816) 779-5336. We will send out a replacement at no charge. When you receive your replacement shipment, you may find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. Shipping expenses are not refundable We do not honor pricing typo errors
