Unlike ceramic ornaments. porcelain ornaments are a lighter weight material so they hang on the Christmas Tree better, not bending down branches by their weight. Porcelain is also a brighter white which enables the images to reproduce with clear crisp colors that are true to the original image. We offer a variety of design options with either one side or two side imprints. Some can display your full color photo. Question: How will my picture be placed on the porcelain logo ornaments?

Answer: We print the custom porcelain ornaments by using heat to sublimate the design directly into the surface. This is an all-digital printing process that reproduces an excellent reproduction of the design layout, unlike lower quality, higher cost methods like silk screening. Our all-digital process means that your products will be high quality reproductions of your photos and text, every time. As a result our custom photo ornaments are of excellent quality in color and detail and are extremely durable.



Question: How do I submit my picture?

Answer: After you place your order you will come to the "Order Confirmation Page". Posted at the top of this page you will find the email address you can use to send us your picture along with a few simple to follow instructions. At that time, you may send us your photo by Email attachment along with any detailed instructions regarding your order.



Question: How can I tell if I'm going to like the personalized logo ornament design?

Answer: We can send you a digital proof so you can see what you design will look like. At that time you can request changes is needed. We will send revised proof with changes you requested.

Question: How long will it take?

Answer: We usually have proofs sent out within 1 business day. It may take a litle longer if it is in the middle of the Christmas rush. Once a proof is approved your order will go into the production schedule. Ornaments usually ship within 3-5 business days after approval of a proof. If you provide your own artwork, your order may take longer depending on our ability to work with your artwork.



Question: What if I have my own design for my logo ornaments?

Answer: Great! Send us your design. We will check it to see if it will work with our templates. If necessary we can work with you until it does. We prefer your photo ornament artwork files to be in Corel Draw. For best results your image needs to be 300 dpi or higher and of the approx 3"x3" in size.
