Question: How are the coffee mugs personalized?
The image is transferred to the coffee cup by a process called sublimation. This is a new full color process. Using special inks, heat and pressure, the sublimation process permanently fuses the image into the surface of the mug. The result is a product with incredible detail and rich, full color. Our custom coffee mugs are of excellent quality in color, detail and durability. Our printed coffee cups are home dishwasher and microwave safe, UV Protected, FDA Compliant.

Question: How long will it take for my order to ship?
Answer: All custom mug orders are usually ready ship within 3-5 business days after approval of a digital proof. Large orders may take a little longer. You can call and we will give you an approximate timeline for your order.
